Course: 100 mt SWIM (in 50 metre-long swimming pool); 2 km BIKE RACE (1 lap through the city streets); 1000 mt. RUN (short single lap)
Esordienti (10 - 11 years, born in 1999/2000)

11.00 a.m. 3^ Competition:
Course: 100 mt SWIM (2 pools in 50 metre-long swimming pool); 4 km BIKE RACE; 1,500 mt. RUN (long single lap)
AGE GROUP : Ragazzi (12 - 13 years, born in 1998/1997)

11.20 a.m. 4^ competition:
Course: 200 mt SWIM (4 pools; 6 km BIKE RACE; 1,500 mt. RUN (long single lap)

Logistic information
Both the bike and the run course will be completely closed to traffic.
Medical assistance (doctor and ambulance) - pasta party after the race .
Dressing room and shower for all the athletes at Swimming pool Palamostre.
Awards
Cerimony at 13.00 p.m.
Diploma to all the finishers
Awards will be given to the first 3 of every category

12° triathlon sprint “InsiemeaGianluca”

1)SWIM RACE : 750 mt (in the 50 metre-long PALAMOSTRE swimming pool for a total of 15 pools)
2)BIKE RACE : 20 km BIKE RACE (through the rolling hills surrounding Udine)
3)RUN RACE : 5 km RUN to rounds of 2,5 km (through the city centre with the uphill path to the Castle: a 200 mt long slope of 20 degrees)

Established triathlon rules by the F.I.TRI. (Hard shell helmets are required)
